__Our Vision:__ The Derry Chinese School was founded to teach Chinese primarily as a second language, using the best teaching practices researched by second language teaching experts as well as Chinese experts. Another strong component of the school is the exposure of all students to authentic Chinese culture. The school is run based on the needs of the parents and students, with a strong board and principal to represent parent and student wishes and to monitor quality.
